After our first year as a founding sponsor, we were back again this year for Tesla Motors Club's marquis event, TMC Connect. The event in Monterey, CA drew more than 300 Tesla owners, future owners, enthusiasts, and fans from all over the world. The event was comprised of speakers, seminars, and panels focusing on Tesla and the electric vehicle movement and culminated in a day at the track (Mazda Raceway Leguna Seca) for Refuel 2014. Part of the event was a sponsor showcase where we, at EVannex™, exhibited our product assortment and met up with many past, current, and future owners of our Model S aftermarket products.
Highlights at TMC Connect included outstanding keynotes from Dairmuid O'Connell (Tesla's VP of Business Development) and Steve Jurvetson (Silicon Valley's well-known VC and early investor in Tesla Motors and Space X). We were proud to see Nick Howe, author of Owning Model S, speaking on a "Model S User Tips Panel" and our very own Roger Pressman, creator of the Center Console Insert, participating in a lunch breakout group on aftermarket modifications lead by Rick Hesel (TMC handle: 'artsci') - a highly respected expert in this area. We even gave Rick a prototype of our upcoming carbon fiber B-Pillar accent pieces to test.

Hauptburg Industries' Frank Tatum, the designer of our rear sear cup holder solution, PARZ, and, our frunk and trunk lighting kit, ELLuminer, drove up from Los Angeles to show off his Model S next to our exhibitor booth. We even got a chance to catch up with Gene from Teslarati - a must-read site for all things Tesla.

We also were located next to Ellie Rothstein and Jon Pek of T Sportline and many took interest in the beautiful TST Wheels being showcased at the show. Pete and Christal White of Abstract Ocean, inventors of the FobPocket, were also at TMC Connect. We also participated in the TMC Connect raffle where TMC founder (and event organizer), Doug King, presented the lucky winner, Brian Hayes, with our limited edition "Driving the Future" sculpture.

We enjoyed connecting with so many this year including the many dedicated Model S owners who all drove their Model S "fleet" cross country. And, we loved connecting with so many TMC favorites like Brian Manthos who had attendees signing his shirt once again this year. We hope to see everyone again next year!
