EV Madness Brings Together Over 100 Teslas in Las Vegas

EV Madness took place last month, bringing over 100 Tesla and other electric vehicles to the sunny strip in Las Vegas. EV enthusiasts from Tesla clubs in Arizona, Southern California and Nevada joined the event, and the event also gave a sizable donation to its sponsored charity, Autism Speaks.

Around 200 attendees with over 100 Teslas and EVs made it to EV Madness Las Vegas 2023 last month, to showcase their vehicles and meet others in the community. The event included multiple photo and video shoots, social activities for participants and a meetup at Celebrity Cars and Coffee, all geared toward excitement for the new tech that comes with owning an EV.

"We extend our appreciation to all those who contributed to the success of this event,” said Tesla Drivers Club President David Lucht. “Over the course of the entire weekend, the event showcased an assortment of over 100 Teslas and other electric vehicles (EVs), drawing in approximately 200 attendees. Our Arizona contingent had an absolute blast engaging with fellow EV enthusiasts hailing from California and Nevada.”

The purpose of meetups can range for individuals from gaining awareness and education as Tesla and EV owners to supporting the world’s goals of increasing sustainability, all of which were central to EV Madness. Additionally, the event brought together tons of awesome modded Teslas, featuring a broad range of unique paint jobs and builds — something most EVANNEX fans can get behind.

The event also raised money to donate to its sponsored charity, Autism Speaks, and offered users a ride on the LINQ Observation Wheel, a 550-foot high roller that offers users a look at the Vegas strip skyline and surrounding area.

“We are grateful to Autism Speaks, our charity partner, for their invaluable support. Together, we raised a total of $3,780 for their cause,” Lucht added. “Team Zero Run raised $2,780, and Team BESPOKEV contributed $1,000. Thank you to all involved for your outstanding commitment to this important endeavor.”

Along with BESPOKEV and Tesla Drivers Club/Tesla Owners Club Arizona, the organizations that hosted the event, the team included a long list of sponsors which helped put it together.

“Special thanks to our sponsors Only Used Tesla and Only EV, for their invaluable support. We also want to give a special shoutout to BESPOKEV, Tesla Club SoCal, SoCal EVs, F The Pump, Zero Run, and the Las Vegas Electric Vehicle Association for their participation and contribution to the event!"
