Shipping and Fulfillment

For a limited time, we are providing FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Note: Although we carry in-house products (by EVANNEX®) that ship from our facility here in Deerfield Beach, FL, we also carry brands from a variety of manufacturers located across the U.S. Many of our brands ship from different locations. Therefore, if you have a multi-item order, you will often receive multiple products within your multi-item order delivered on different dates as they're often being shipped separately. When it's possible, we group orders together, but, often multiple items are shipped separately.

International Shipping

Please note the following terms and conditions for international orders:

For International Orders Shipped to the Customer's International Address:

1.  The customer agrees to pay all customs/VAT charges and is responsible for estimating and covering any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment.

2.  All international sales are FINAL. No returns will be accepted and no refunds or replacements will be offered.  This policy includes orders processed through a freight-forwarder in the USA that has an ultimate destination outside the USA. 

3.  A damage claim due to shipping MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of the international order.  EVANNEX will have our international delivery service investigate. The customer agrees to provide full photographic evidence of damage including photos of all boxes and packaging. A new product will be shipped or a refund provided if and only if our international delivery service determines that the damage was caused during shipped AND reimburses EVANNEX for that damage.

4.  Because EVANNEX checks each international order to ensure that all items have been included in the shipping box, any claim that items are missing or have been stolen in transit will NOT be honored and no refunds or replacement will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

5. IMPORTANT PRODUCT NOTE: Certain products (i.e. Lloyd Mats) are only available for shipment to the US and Canada and are NOT available for international orders (excluding Canada) at this time. Note: we may offer this in the future, if interested - please contact us to join the wait list. Please check the 'FAQ' tab to see if a product is available for international shipments. 

For International Orders Shipped to a Freight Forwarding Service in the United States or to a Secondary International Address that is NOT the home or business address of the customer:

Important: Using a freight forwarder to ship could result in shipping complications including damage, lost merchandise, and difficulty in tracking. EVANNEX is NOT responsible for any of these complications. We strongly recommend that you do NOT use a freight forwarder.

1.  The customer agrees to pay all applicable customs/VAT charges and is responsible for estimating and covering any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment, regardless of the intermediate or final shipping destination.

2.  Once the shipment is received and signed for by a Freight Forwarding Service in the United States or any agent at a secondary address, EVANNEX's responsibility for the shipment ends. We will be unable to provide updates on location of the shipment, and we are NOT responsible for any damage that might occur from the time the shipment is received at the freight forwarder or secondary address to the time it arrives at its final destination. In addition, an order processed through a freight-forwarder in the USA is considered an "International Order" and is covered by all of our policies associated with International Orders.

3.  If the shipment is sent to a Freight Forwarding Service or a secondary international address that is NOT the home or business address of the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for delivery.

4.  Because EVANNEX checks each international order to ensure that all items have been included in the shipping box, any claim that items are missing or have been stolen in transit will NOT be honored and no refunds or replacement will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

5.  All international sales are FINAL. No returns will be accepted and no replacements or refunds will be offered.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic (U.S.) shipping information, please reference the following...

1.  The ship time sometimes shown (during checkout) is an estimate from the shipping provider (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) for how long the product may take from the day of shipmentnot the day of order.

2.  We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, so please include a standard street address when you're checking out. You'll receive an email with shipping information on the date that your order ships so that you can be on the lookout for it.

3.  EVANNEX reserves the right to choose the shipper that is most appropriate for the product(s) ordered and require signature confirmation upon delivery. We use Fedex, USPS, and UPS as our shippers. 

4. We track all of our shipments and digitally confirm delivery at your shipping address.  Our responsibly for shipment ends when we have verification from our carriers (USPS, UPS or Fedex) that the shipment has been delivered to your address. If the delivery "cannot be found” at your location or “disappears” or is deemed “stolen" AFTER our carrier indicates that it has been delivered, we cannot replace or refund your purchase. The responsibility for shipment is yours once the product(s) have been verified as delivered to your address.

5. EVANNEX is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered after repeated attempts by one of our carriers. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with either FEDEX, UPS, or USPS to receive shipment at a convenient time or place. If the shipment is returned to EVANNEX, a restocking fee will be applied before any refund is processed.

6. The time frame for shipments is specified in the 'FAQ' tab on the product page. Please note: we target delivery time frames (specified on the product page's 'FAQ' tab) from the day you place your order. International orders will require additional delivery time.

SHIPPING FAQ

Can you email me a shipping estimate before I order?

Shipping costs are determined via real time carrier calculated shipping within our system that is variable based on your specific, exact address.  Therefore, we do not provide rough shipping cost estimates via email — to that end, simply go through checkout and enter all your address information (excluding credit card) to get the exact price. Please note: you will not be asked for your credit card/payment information until after you are given the total (which will include shipping). At that time, you'll have your shipping total calculated and you can determine if you’d like to move forward with entering payment information (or not). Either way, we appreciate your interest in our products, and, if you move forward and order, we’ll be sure to work diligently, on our end, to execute shipping (and fulfillment) for your order with the carrier(s) we use here at EVANNEX.

I ordered multiple items and I have only received one product from the order, why haven't they all arrived at the same time?

Is there a way I can track my order?

Yes, once shipped, you will receive a confirmation shipping email with tracking information (post-order).  If, for any reason, you didn’t receive it (or can’t locate it), please contact us and we will provide it.

When I place my order, during checkout, it stated a certain number of days for delivery, why has it taken longer?

How can I cancel my order?

I have received a tracking number but my package is not showing status updates.  What should I do?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Sometimes this may occur upon reaching an international destination while it clears local customs. However, please note: sometimes USPS can be delayed in scanning packages especially if they are being shipped to international destinations. If there has been a significant delay, please contact us and we can reach out to to the carrier (for an update) regarding the delay.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes.  A large percentage of our sales come from Tesla owners abroad.  Please see the above "International Shipping" section above for more details. Note: there are some exceptions — for example, Lloyd Mats that are available to be shipped to the U.S. and Canada only, these particular floor mat items are not available for shipment to other international destinations. 

I ordered my product recently and I have not yet received a shipping confirmation email. What is going on?

Your shipping confirmation is not sent immediately post-order as each product takes time to process and/or custom build in some cases.  Different products have different shipping and fulfillment timeframes.  Please see the product page 'FAQ' tab to get our shipping timeframes targeted for different products.

Do you use FedEx/UPS/USPS?

It depends on the item. For most smaller items we will use USPS.  For larger items, we tend to use FedEx or UPS. Also, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, so please include a standard street address when you're checking out. 

Can you rush your shipment to me?

We only provide shipping via FedEx Ground (or equivalent) and USPS. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can rush shipping any faster than we note for each product (on the corresponding product page). 

But I want you to rush shipment for my upcoming Tesla delivery and/or Christmas, Birthday, holiday, etc.?

As noted above, we cannot offer any expedited shipping options beyond what is offered on our website.
