SuperCharged Episode: Million Dollar Tesla Trip and EVannex

We were excited to get a visit last week from the Million Dollar Tesla Trip* nomad Steve Sasman during his four-month, 20,000 mile road trip across the U.S. and Canada. Steve also hosts the video show SuperCharged and he's been interviewing folks all across the North America at Tesla Superchargers and inside his P85.

Steve easily generated one million dollars in publicity for Tesla Motors when he converted his Model S into the "Tesla Hotel" (see image below) and listed it on Airbnb. This remarkable Tesla story received press coverage from virtually every major media outlet from CNN to ABC. He's planning to generate the same buzz during this epic Tesla road trip offering free Model S test drives and educating more people about the unique, unparalleled benefits of driving a Tesla.

We were thrilled when Steve decided to make a stop here in Florida to visit and tour our EVannex offices. Nick Howe, author of Owning Model S, and host of the popular Tesla video series News from the Frunk also stopped by -- stay tuned for their interview featured in our next blog post. After the visit, we decided to take a quick detour to the Boca Raton Tesla Store for Steve to charge his Tesla. Along the way, Steve conducted a fun interview (with my father and I) to get the scoop about our family business, EVannex / Aftermarket Tesla Accessories.
