General Return Policy for Domestic and International Orders

Please note all orders must be inspected within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Any missing products or other shipping errors must be reported to EVANNEX within the 14-day timeframe. Errors reported after such time will not be honored. No refunds or replacements will be provided.

You may return any EVANNEX product for any reason for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents, or other signs of wear or usage. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with shipping and insurance prepaid by the purchaser. Customers will not be charged a restocking fee unless noted below*. Once you have returned the product and after it has been fully inspected, we will refund the product price less any shipping costs paid.

For international orders: EVANNEX does NOT refund any VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery.

To process a return, please contact us for shipping instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) tracking number. Securely pack the product in its original packaging and provide a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product—shipping charges prepaid—to EVANNEX at the address provided with the RMA.

NOTE: Regarding specific warranties, these vary from product to product. It is imperative to read each product page and refer to the Product Warranty page for information relative to each product. 

Special Fees for International Orders 

The customer is responsible for any and all VAT, GST, Duty, Tax, handling fees, customs clearance charges and/or other costs associated with the shipment that your home country may charge upon delivery. 

Supplementary Terms for Product Returns

Aftermarket Wheels. We want you confident that all uninstalled unused items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of item(s) receipt. *Exceptions apply, see below:

• Products must be unused, and, in the condition, they were received within original or comparable packaging.

• Wheels: If you mount tires on wheels, they are deemed used and non-refundable.

• Wheel & Tire Packages: Any wheels that are mounted on a tire are deemed used and non-refundable.

• You agree to be responsible for return shipping and handling cost.

• A Restocking fee of 20% will be strictly enforced.

• Once your return is received, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed. Please note, depending on your credit card or bank, it may take 2-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Received Incorrect or Defective Wheels

In case you received the wrong items, believe you have a product with a manufacturer defect, or notice damage to the wheels upon receipt you are requested to contact us as within 72 hours of receiving your order, prior to installation and mounting.

• Photos of any defect or damage, to the wheel itself, as well as the box it arrived in

• A description of the damage, or defect.

Submitting a claim does not warrant an automatic refund. We reserve the right to investigate and make the final decision on all claims.

OHMMU Lithium Ion 12V Batteries. We want you confident that all uninstalled unused items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of item(s) receipt. *Exceptions apply, see below:

• Products must be unused, and, in the condition, they were received within original or comparable packaging.

• You agree to be responsible for return shipping and handling cost.

• A restocking fee of 20% will be strictly enforced as per the manufacturer.

EVANNEX Carbon Fiber Products. Any EVANNEX product that uses a Carbon Fiber Applique or Carbon Fiber (e.g., B-Pillar Appliques for Model S and Model X, Spoiler Appliques for Model X, Mirror Cover for Model S, Window Control Covers for Model S and Model X) may be returned only if the protective tape that covers the adhesive has not been removed. Once the protective tape has been removed for one piece of a multi-piece product, it may not be returned and no refund or replacement will be offered. Therefore, please be certain that you’re satisfied with the look and style of your carbon fiber product BEFORE you remove the adhesive backing tape. You can accomplish this using masking tape to temporarily hold the piece in place or, if you want an even more realistic preview, you can use double-sided masking tape to temporarily affix the piece(s) to assess the look and style. Stated as succinctly as possible, once you remove the adhesive backing from any Carbon Fiber piece, it's yours—no returns and no credit can be offered.

Car Covers. Car covers are used in a variety of environmental conditions. Over time, wear and tear is to be expected, as are stains and other blemishes. Once the car cover has been used in the environment, it may NOT be returned. Furthermore, wear and tear, small blemishes and stains are not considered to represent product defects, and returns associated with wear and tear, small blemishes and stains are not accepted.

Owning Model S, 2/e and Getting Ready for Model 3. There are no returns or refunds for hardcopy and digital versions of these books.

Lloyd Floor Mats. Lloyd Mats are warranted by Lloyd Design Corp. against defects in design, workmanship and materials. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered as floor mat defects. Defective mats will be repaired or replaced at the option of Lloyd Design Corp. The following warranties apply to Lloyd Mat products: Luxe: Lifetime warranty. For as long as the original mat buyer owns the vehicle. Ultimat: Five years. The original dated invoice will be required for proof of purchase and Product Registration must be completed upon receipt. Note: Lloyd Floor Mats mats are made to order and not returnable except for clear manufacturing errors that are identified and communicated within 30 days of receipt of product. Lloyd floor mats are slightly larger than the OEM mats and the size differential is NOT a manufacturing defect.  Always test fit the mats before you file a complaint on a suspected misfit. In 99.9% of all cases you will find that the Lloyd Mat fits better than the original mat. It is important to note that driver mats have holes strategically placed for the Lloyd safety fasteners and we do not accept returns based on this design component. In addition, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with color preference/choice. 

Refresh Front Fascia. Terms of Sale: Front End Refresh for Tesla Model S is sold as a made-to-order product. All made-to-order items must be paid in full prior to starting the order and are non-refundable. This policy is designed because we take each client’s order reservation as a trusted commitment and we proceed with confidence in each client’s commitment. Most items are produced with high quality materials which are purchased in real-time to begin each order. The production process going from raw materials to completed ready to install involves many stages. It is extremely disruptive to our system to begin an order and then have a commitment withdrawn; doing so disrupts not only the order at hand but it also sets back other valued client orders. As a result and to ensure streamlined processing this non-refundable policy exists.  Items for which production has been begun or completed may not be cancelled. When placing an order, we rely on each customer to provide us with any and all data regarding the specifications of their car. We cannot be held financially liable for resolving any fitment related issues if wrong or incomplete data was provided by the client. Complete data would include: month & year of production, trim specification, color, any relevant options on the car. In all foreseeable times of potential miscommunication we will contact our customers to verify details of their order. Refunds & Exchanges: Any defective items or items significantly damaged or destroyed during shipment are eligible for exchange. All made-to-order items, as described above, are non-refundable without special circumstantial written permission. Any refund that may be issued at our discretion would be subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. No exchange or return will be allowed or accepted without a pre-confirmed RMA # issued by EVANNEX in writing. In such case the refund basis would be of the item only, not of shipping or related/unrelated other expenses.  Abandoned items or rejected shipments are still the responsibility of the customer and restocking and storage fees will be billed as applicable.  Any items requiring storage for more than 6 months without prior written authorization will be considered abandoned and will be subject to forfeiture.  Any items forfeited may not be returned, refunded or exchanged in any manner. Shipping issues or shipping damage: Products are carefully inspected for damage or imperfection before packaging. If your item arrives damaged in any way, take photos and notate the damage upon receiept of the item. If the box is damaged in any way please note that on the shipment documents and take photographs of the box before opening. If you are unable to officially notate the damage with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery you must reject the package. Once signed as undamaged, any freight damage claim is null and void and we can do nothing to help you. Additionally, please note that items cannot be insured for more than the stated value. If you need to process a damage claim, action must be taken within 72 hours. After 72 hours, refunds, reorders and claims cannot be processed. All shipped items are fully insured. We will not be held responsible for the outcome of the claim.

Seat Covers. These made-to-order seat covers are custom-built to your specific Tesla configuration. Returns accepted ONLY for new and unused Seat Covers within thirty (30) days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If you qualify for a Seat Cover return, please understand that in order to keep the Seat Covers from becoming permanently creased, you have to return the Seat Covers lying completely flat in a box. DO NOT FOLD, ROLL IN A BALL OR STUFF IN A BOX. If the Seat Covers are permanently creased, your refund will be voided. However, we will gladly exchange or fix any defect in workmanship. Note: We understand many of customers pre-order accessories prior to the arrival of your Tesla. Kindly inspect each box within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the integrity of your order. Please contact us no later 72 hours if what you received has a workmanship defect. Any claims made after 72 hours of receipt will not be honored. Any product that has been used is NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Apparel and Face Masks. There are no returns or exchanges on these products. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us with pictures and description.
