Return and Refund Policy

You may return any EVannex® manufactured* product for any reason for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery; provided that: 

Product Registration has been completed upon receipt of product.

The product must be returned undamaged and with no scratches, tears, nicks, dents or wear in its original packaging, with shipping and insurance paid by the purchaser. 

Regarding our Center Console Insert, we will refund your purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. If you have ordered a Center Console Insert, we will refund your purchase price less a restocking fee of $75.00.

A special Return Policy applies for Accent-E and Accent-I products. Please be certain to read the policy (contained under the 'Returns' Tab) on the respective pages for these products.

For those who order the Owning Model S e-book: please be aware - because there is no workable method for a purchaser to 'return' the digital version of Owning Model S to us once it has been downloaded, after Owning Model S e-book is ordered, there are no 'returns' or refunds for this digital product.

For those who order TAPP Suite of Web Apps: Note: there is no trial period for TAPP.  Your purchase of TAPP includes a one (1) year subscription. There are no "returns" for TAPP and if you decide to cancel your subscription early there are no partial credits and/or refunds.

With regard to Lloyd Mats, Lloyd Mats are warranted by Lloyd Design Corp. against defects in design, workmanship and materials. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered as mat defects. Defective mats will be repaired or replaced at the option of Lloyd Design Corp.The following lengths of warranty apply to Lloyd Mat products: Luxe: Lifetime warranty. For as long as the original mat buyer owns the vehicle. Ultimat and Rubbertite: Five years. The original dated invoice will be required for proof of purchase and Product Registration must be completed upon receipt. Note: These mats are made to order and not returnable except for clear manufacturing errors. It is not a manufacturing error that the Lloyd Mat is slightly bigger than the OEM mats. Always test fit the mats before you file a complaint on a suspected misfit. In 99.9% of all cases you will find that the Lloyd Mat fits better than the original mat. It is important to note that driver mats have holes strategically placed for the Lloyd safety fasteners and we do not accept returns based on this design component. In addition, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with color preference/choice. We strongly recommend orders are placed for black mats as all Model S floor areas are black -- this will give you the best "look" in your Model S based on our testing. If you are unsure on color, we recommend you order black. If you prefer a different color than black, we recommend you contact us for a sample of the color before ordering as we do not accept returns due to any issues related to color.

With regard to Seat Covers, these made-to-order seat covers are custom built to your specific Model S configuration, therefore, we do not accept returns on our seat covers. However, we will gladly exchange or fix any defect in our workmanship. Please note: we understand many of you pre-order parts prior to the arrival of your Tesla. Kindly inspect each box within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the integrity of your order. Please contact us no later 72 hours if what you received has a workmanship defect. Any claims made after 72 hours of receipt will not be honored. Any product that has been used is NOT returnable or exchangeable. If you return your Seat Covers back to us under these circumstances, please understand that in order to keep the Seat Covers from becoming permanently creased, you have to return the Seat Covers lying completely flat in a box. DO NOT FOLD, ROLL IN A BALL OR STUFF IN A BOX. 

In regard to Touchscreen Gloves,  If your new gloves don’t fit, simply return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days from date of delivery and we’ll send you a new size or provide a full refund with shipping and insurance paid by the purchaser. Return your gloves in their original, unworn, unfolded condition (Required). All customers should use the original packaging or a suitable alternative; pack the gloves flat, with no folds or creases.

For those ordering STRUT Collection and/or Icon T wheelsAll STRUT products are custom built for each order. Therefore, we have instituted a special Order Cancellation/Return Policy for STRUT products. Order Cancellation Policy: There is a 20% restocking charge for any order canceled after three (3) days of placing the order. This restocking charge will be deducted from any refund associated with a cancellation and is non-negotiable. Return Policy: All parts are custom made to order. If shipping damage or a product defect is reported within three (3) days of receipt of the product, a return will be granted. However, all sales are final, and returns for any other reason cannot be granted.

With regard to Lowering Springs, We understand many of you pre-order parts prior to the arrival of your Tesla. Kindly inspect each box within 48hrs of delivery to ensure the integrity of your order. Please notify us no later 72hrs if what you received is incorrect or damaged. Any claims made after 72hrs of receipt will not be honored. If a return is agreed to in writing after you notify us, please note there is a 20% restocking fee for Lowering Springs. If springs have been installed, there are NO returns under any circumstance.

With regard to Pulse ADV.1 wheelsall wheels are custom built to order for each individual client.  In cases where there is a structural or finish defect, please see Product Warranty for procedure. The Return and Replacement Policy for Pulse ADV.1 is as follows: If shipping damage or a product defect is reported within three (3) days of receipt of the product, a replacement will be granted free of any shipping charges. If damage or defect is reported after the three (3) days, shipping fees will be paid by consumer. All sales are final, and returns for any other reason cannot be granted unless agreed to by Speed Design GmbH. Returns, if accepted, must be made with original packaging, and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Order Cancellation Policy: there is a 10% restocking charge for any order cancelled after three (3) days of placing the order. Since these wheels are custom built for each specific Tesla Model S, the restocking charge will be deducted from any refund associated with a cancellation and is non-negotiable.

For all international orders, please note: EVannex® does not refund any VAT taxes that your home country may charge upon delivery.

To obtain warranty/return service, simply contact us for shipping instructions and a return material authorization (RMA) tracking number.   Securely pack the product in its original packaging, and provide a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs.  Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.  Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to EVannex™ at the address provided with the RMA. Also, regarding specific warranties, these vary from product to product -- it is imperative to read each product page and refer to the Product Warranty page for information relative to each product.
