Product Warranty

All Product Warranties are contingent upon completing and submitting the Product Registration in full upon receipt of product.  


1.   It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of any EVannex® product for his or her use, and the purchaser shall assume all legal, personal injury risk, and liability and all other obligations, duties and risks associated therewith. EVannex® is NOT responsible for any damages or costs associated with the suitability of any EVannex® product for a particular purpose.

2.  The installation of any aftermarket part may void or otherwise adversely affect your factory warranty. It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to assess any factory warranty risk associated with the use of any EVannex® product. EVannex® is NOT responsible for any damages or costs associate with any warranty problem associated with the installation of its products.

3.  Evannex provides both written and video installation guidelines for products it manufactures and sells. Even if these instructions are followed, it is possible that the installation may cause damage to the purchaser’s vehicle. Evannex® is NOT responsible for any interior, exterior, or electrical system damage associated with the installation of any of its products. Such damage includes, but is not limited to, surface scratches and dents, upholstery tears, discoloration of automotive surfaces, and/or electrical wiring damage. The cost of repair for any vehicle damage associated with the installation of EVannex® products is solely the purchaser’s responsibility. 


EVannex® manufactured products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for ninety (90) days from date of purchase. Within this period, EVannex® will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the original purchaser for parts or labor, provided the customer shall be responsible for any return shipping cost. This Warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, tears, nicks, and dents; (ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water or other liquids, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iii) damage to the foam padding on the bottom of the CCI that is hidden from view after installation; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of EVannex®; (v) damage caused to a EVannex® part that that has been modified, customized or altered without the written permission of EVannex® ; or (vi) damage that has been caused by installing the EVannex® part in any vehicle other than a Tesla Model S or Model X. The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. 

Regarding EVannex digital products including TAPP Suite of Web Apps and its e-books - there is no trial period for digital products sold on the EVannex® website. There are no "returns" for digital products.  If you decide to cancel your TAPP subscription early there are no partial credits and/or refunds. Digital products on our site are offered "as is" with no warranties or guarantees of possible bugs, glitches, or download issues that may occur. Note: we provide customer support information (Instructions, FAQ, support contact emails, etc.) on the product pages.


All terms associated with the General Product Warranty apply. However, the following warranty terms should be considered as an addendum and may extend or modify General Product Warranty terms for the specific product named. In all cases and without exception, the Disclaimers noted under the DISCLAIMERS section of this document apply.

ELLuminer Trunk Lighting.  The product has a one year manufacturer warranty.

HeatShield. The product has a two-year manufacturer warranty.

MGP Caliper Covers.  All MGP products include a three-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase which covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse, misuse, improper installation or damage caused during installation. Fitment: MGP Caliper Covers will guarantee brake caliper fitment when utilizing the appropriate MGP Caliper Cover part number specific to the vehicle application.  In addition, installation must be performed in adherence to the included installation instructions. Claims: All Warranty Claims must include the original proof of purchase. Customers must include an explanation of the claim and contact information. Product and any hardware should be shipped to: MGP Caliper Covers, Warranty & Returns Department, 616 Marsat Ct., Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Lloyd Mats. Lloyd Mats are warranted by Lloyd Design Corp. against defects in design, workmanship and materials. Normal wear and the requirement for periodic cleaning are not considered as mat defects. Defective mats will be repaired or replaced at the option of Lloyd Design Corp.The following lengths of warranty apply to Lloyd Mat products: Luxe: Lifetime warranty. For as long as the original mat buyer owns the vehicle. Ultimat and Rubbertite: Five years. The original dated invoice will be required for proof of purchase and Product Registration must be completed upon receipt. Note: These mats are made to order and not returnable except for clear manufacturing errors. It is not a manufacturing error that the Lloyd Mat is slightly bigger than the OEM mats. Always test fit the mats before you file a complaint on a suspected misfit. In 99.9% of all cases you will find that the Lloyd Mat fits better than the original mat. It is important to note that driver mats have holes strategically placed for the Lloyd safety fasteners and we do not accept returns based on this design component. In addition, we do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with color preference/choice. We strongly recommend orders are placed for black mats as all Model S floor areas are black -- this will give you the best "look" in your Model S based on our testing. If you are unsure on color, we recommend you order black. If you prefer a different color than black, we recommend you contact us for a sample of the color before ordering as we do not accept returns due to any issues related to color.

Unplugged Performance.  BBS 21-inch UP-01 Wheel Package, all UP-01 wheels are backed by a 5 year, 1,000,000 mile warranty for structural integrity under normal driving conditions. The warranty is limited and provides a free replacement wheel should any wheel suffer any structural damage or defect except if the following conditions apply. 1. The UP-01 wheels must be used on a Tesla Model S with Tesla factory equipment 21” tires used at Tesla approved inflation. 2. Cosmetic damage is not covered. 3. Regular use wear and tear such as curb damage is not covered. 3. Accidents and abnormal impact above and beyond normal driving condition use is not covered.

With regard to Lowering Springs there is a lifetime warranty for as long as the customer who purchased the Lowering Springs owns the vehicle.

With any carbon fiber parts as part of the Carbon Fiber Sport Package, these parts carry a structural guarantee for the time you own your Tesla. Damage due to careless driving and/or collision with road hazard(s) are not covered under our warranty. All parts are test fit before they're made available to ensure optimum fitment. However, please note that aftermarket body parts do not fit exactly like OEM factory parts. Please note: we understand many of you pre-order parts prior to the arrival of your Tesla. Kindly inspect each box within 48hrs of delivery to ensure the integrity of your order. Please notify us no later 72hrs if what you received is incorrect or damaged. Any claims made after 72hrs of receipt will not be honored.

The NCG warrants to the original purchaser for 12 months from the date of purchase the surface finish against (I) filiform corrosion (worm or hair like lines, generally milky in appearance, underneath the surface) and (ii) blistering due to loss of adhesion of the surface finish. Please note: we understand many of you pre-order parts prior to the arrival of your Tesla. Kindly inspect each box within 48 hours of delivery to ensure the integrity of your order. Please notify us no later than 72 hours if what you received is incorrect or damaged. Any claims made after 72 hours of receipt will not be honored. Any structural and/or fitment claims must be accompanied with an original invoice from our company. Damage due to road debris and/or collision with road hazard(s) is not covered.

The NCGv2 will be covered if any structural and fitment defects are apparent upon arrival or installation. If the parts are received with any defects please contact us immediately. Any structural and/or fitment claim must be accompanied with an original invoice from our company. Damage due to road debris and/or collision with road hazard(s) are not covered.

Snow Chains. This products comes with a one-year warranty for any defect in construction or workmanship. Damage to the snow chains associated with hard driving, driving on snow-free roads, potholes, or any other road hazard is not covered under this warranty. Once snow chains have been used on your vehicle, they cannot be returned unless there is a obvious defect in construction or workmanship. Note: Please inspect this product immediately upon receipt to ensure the integrity of your order. Any claims made after 72 hours of receipt will not be honored. Evannex® is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle's wheels or tires caused due to installation of these snow chains.

NVX B.O.O.S.T. Series Bass Package.  When purchased from an Authorized NVX Dealer (note: EVannex™ is an Authorized NVX Dealer), NVX warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period on ONE (1) YEAR from date of original purchase. In all cases you must have the original receipt. If this product is identified as “Refurbished” or “B Goods”, the warranty is limited to a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from date of original purchase. In all cases you must have the original receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, NVX  will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with an equivalent merchandise. Warrant replacement may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent products. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not extended to owners for the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore, these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights however you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Please refer to the NVX B.O.O.S.T. Series Bass Package product page (see 'Warranty' tab) to see more information/details and specifically what is not covered under warranty.

BlackVue Dash Cam.  The warranty of BlackVue is one (1) year from the purchase date. The warranty period for accessories such as the battery and Micro SD card is six (6) months.

STRUT Collection.  The STRUT collection comes with a limited warranty which covers the following: warping, discoloration, and fitment for a period of 1 year. With regard to the STRUT Collection Icon T Wheels, every HRE Forged STRUT wheel comes with a Lifetime Limited Structural Warranty and 2 Year Finish Warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels. This warranty is not transferable to any future parties.

CapturePro Charging Lock.  We warrant the construction of the CapturePro against failure due to material construction forever. We reserve the right to refund the purchase price or replace with a new device. Further, if your CapturePro is attacked or damaged, please contact us for a free replacement (user pays only shipping).

EcoHitch. The manufacturer, Torklift Central, requires proof of purchase for warranty claim registration, with pictures of any defective product before issuing a replacement. Torklift will not accept claims on any product without proof of purchase, which can be faxed, scanned, emailed or mailed to the information provided below. Torklift Central warrants its hitches, custom hitch receivers and accessories (excluding electrical wire harnesses which carry a warranty from their specified manufacturer) from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the ownership life of the original consumer purchaser. Torklift Central will replace free of charge any part that proves defective in material or workmanship when presented to Torklift Central, transportation charges prepaid by purchaser, at the address below. This warranty is limited to defective parts replacement only. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation or replacement, as well as incidental and consequential damages connected therewith are excluded. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear or the finish and paint. Rusting, cracking or peeling of the finish is also excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any damage to Torklift Central products as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any use violative of instructions furnished by Torklift Central will void the warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have rights, which vary from state to state. With warranty service, you may be able to go to a small claims court, a state court or a federal district court.

Although Torklift Central trailer hitches are both tested and rated for towing within the specific capacity label found on each trailer hitch. Torklift Central assumes no liability for vehicle manufacturers warranty due to the use of a Torklift Central trailer hitch being used for towing behind any vehicle or using the trailer hitch in a manner that it was not designed for. Although this specific trailer hitch has a load rating, which includes trailer tongue weight, and a trailer weight carrying capacity, Torklift Central is not responsible for the voiding of any warranty on any vehicle due to factory towing limitations. All vehicle warranties are the sole property and responsibility of the owner of the vehicle that the Torklift Central trailer hitch is installed upon. Torklift Central does not endorse towing behind any vehicle if the vehicles manufacturer states that towing is not recommended. Check your vehicle’s owner’s manual for the proper tow rating of your vehicle.

*WARNING* Your vehicle may have a lower tow rating than this trailer hitch. If your vehicle’s tow rating is less than the rated towing capacity on your Torklift Central trailer hitch, your trailer hitch capacity is limited to your vehicle’s factory rated towing capacity.

FOR EXAMPLE: the label on your Torklift Central trailer hitch states it's capacity is rated for 500 pounds tongue weight and 5,000 pounds towing weight. However your vehicle's factory rated towing capacity is limited to only 350 pounds tongue weight and 3,500 pounds towing weight. In this example your maximum towing capacity of your Torklift Central trailer hitch is limited to 350 pounds tongue weight and 3,500 pounds towing weight as stated by your vehicle’s maximum factory tow rating.

*DANGER* Never exceed your vehicle's manufacturer's recommended towing capacity which may be a lower rating than this trailer hitch



EVannex® retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-refurbished replacement product) a defective product or offer a refund of the purchase price minus shipping cost. Such remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

Any dispute between you and EVannex® will be resolved solely by Arbitration administered by a single arbitrator of the National Arbitration Forum (NAF) and conducted under its rules.  The arbitration will be limited solely to any the specific dispute between you and EVannex® and will not be consolidated with any other arbitration or conducted on a class-wide or class action basis. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND  EVANNEX™ IN THE COURT SYSTEM, AND WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS, YOU HAVE EXPRESSLY AND KNOWINGLY WAIVED THOSE RIGHTS AND AGREE TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE VIA ARBITRATION.

To obtain warranty or return service, simply contact us for shipping instructions and a return material authorization (RMA) tracking number. Securely pack the product in its original packaging, and provide a copy of the original invoice, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs or returns. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to EVannex™ at the address provided with the RMA.
