HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter1) Purchase One (1) set of EVANNEX Coilovers for Tesla Model 3 through EVANNEX during the Promotion Period.2) Alternate means of entry: To enter without purchase, print your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, current vehicle owned, including: year, make, model and sub-model, on a 4x6 postcard, place in a #10 envelope with first-class postage and mail to: EVANNEX COILOVER WINBACK, 1000 Seville Rd, Wadsworth OH 44281. Limit one (1) postcard per envelope) each postcard/envelope must be mailed individually - multiple/bulk mailings will not be accepted). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 26th, 2023 and received no later than August 3rd, 2023. Earn 1 (one) entry per postcard, per envelope received. No limit on number of envelopes received. No photo copies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry requests will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
PRIZE DETAILS: Offer is limited to the value of one set of EVANNEX Tesla Model 3 branded coilovers only. The dollar value of one set of EVANNEX coilovers purchased by the customer during the sweepstakes will be credited back as a refund for the cost of the coilovers on or about August 31st, 2023 once the winner has been contacted and confirmed to be eligible. An alternate prize is available of $500 cash payment via EVANNEX issued check to the grand prize winner. Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold EVANNEX harmless against any and all claims and liability from any accident, loss or injury occurring from this promotion or in any way related to the prize.
