1) Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins at 9:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) on Tuesday 12.28.2021 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on Monday 1.31.2022 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.
2) Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry and throughout the Promotion Period (the "Entrant"). Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Entrants must accurately complete the entire online entry form and successfully submit same. Limit of one per eligible person. Any entry submitted subsequent to an entrant's initial entry is void. An incomplete or corrupted entry is void. By participating in this Promotion, Entrants accept and agree to comply with and abide by these "Official Rules" and the decisions of the Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. No responsibility is assumed for Entrant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. 4) Winner Selection / Notification
SWEEPSTAKES: Sweepstakes Prize: On or about Tuesday 2.1.2022, one (1) First Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing amongst all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. On or about five (5) business days after the drawings, the Administrator will contact the potential Sweepstakes Prize Winner via email utilizing the information that was provided upon Entry. In the event that a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted, the email is undeliverable, the email address is incorrect, or any requested information is not received within three business days, the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Potential Prize Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential Prize Winner, will be required to sign, notarize, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and a W9 Form within seven (7) days of notification attempt, or an alternate potential Prize Winner will be selected, time permitting. If any potential Prize Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential Prize Winner. Should a potential Prize Winner decide to decline the Prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner, and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. 6) Additional Prize Restrictions:
Sweepstakes Prize can only be used to purchase products available in the EVANNEX online catalog and expire within six (6) months of date of issuance. EVANNEX Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products available at evannex.com. Sweepstakes Prize will be mailed to Winner upon being confirmed/cleared as a Winner. The winners will assume full tax liability for the respective prize values. Prizes are non-transferable (unless specifically stated), no substitutions allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Taxes, and all other expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner or the Winner's parent/legal guardian if the winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of primary residence. The Releasees/Promotion Entities, and any Internet access providers and their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies and each of the foregoing entities' respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible entries, incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software or any combination thereof, inability to access websites, damage to a user's computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Promotion or any other problem or error that may occur.
