Q: I see there is a different set of floor mats for 2020+ versus 2019 and earlier. What's the difference?
A: The interior mats are all the same throughout all of these years, however Tesla made some changes (to accommodate the heat pump present in later cars) in late 2019. If your frunk has a smooth floor, you have an early car. If the floor of your frunk has ridges running fore and aft, you have a late car. 

Q: May I use WeatherTech FloorLiners on top of my factory carpeted mats?
A:WeatherTech strongly recommends against installation on top of other floor mats for proper fit and function. WeatherTech's laser measuring process begins by measuring the carpet itself, resulting in a FloorLiner that will be best-fitting with the factory floor mats removed. Take out your factory mats before installation.

Q: What is the warranty process like? 
A: Warranty claims for products with manufacturer defects (which are quite uncommon) may be directed to WeatherTech Direct LLC, or to the authorized reseller from which you purchased.
