Before selecting your floor mats, you will have to select the correct vehicle type of Tesla Model S that you currently own. Our floor mats options vary based on whether you own an All Wheel Drive (Dual Motor "D") version or a Rear Wheel Drive version of the Model S. A description of each is offered below the buttons to help you properly identify your Model S vehicle type.
The quickest way to tell which version of the car you have is to look in your frunk (front trunk) -- see photos below and select which version of the Tesla Model S you have in order to shop for the correct floor mats.
Note: More information follows below regarding vehicle types...
All Wheel Drive: The All Wheel Drive versions of the Tesla Model S are typically referred to as dual motor "D" vehicles. The tell-tale sign of a "D" is the more compact, smaller frunk (front trunk) space. The "D" frunk is smaller than rear wheel drive vehicles and does not have a hollowed out microwave-sized hole recessed into the back of the frunk. The "D" versions started shipping to customers in December 2014. If your car is referred to as a Tesla Model S 70D, 85D, or P85D... you've got all wheel drive.
Rear Wheel Drive: The Rear Wheel Drive versions of the Tesla Model S have only a single motor by the rear wheels. The tell-tale sign of a rear wheel drive vehicle is the larger frunk (front trunk) space. The rear wheel drive frunk has a hollowed out microwave-sized hole recessed into the back of the frunk. If your car is referred to as a Tesla Model S 60, 85, P85, or P85+... you've got rear wheel drive.
