Why do I need upgraded rear tail lights?

To date, Tesla's tail lights provide the standard blinking indicator when you intent to turn. And yet, it's becoming increasingly common for high-end vehicles to offer sequential turn signals that fire a sequence of LEDs from inside to outside, providing a dynamic indication of your intent to turn. Our Fire tail lights offer this feature, providing a custom look that will turn heads whenever you make a left or a right.

Is installation difficult?

Installation does require some automotive DIY (do-it-yourself) skills. These tail lights use identical OEM connectors, making the electrical hook-up straightforward. If you feel uncomfortable with this installation for any reason, we recommend that you engage a professional installer to do the work for you.

How long will it take to install Fire Tail Lights?

That will vary, but in general, installation shouldn't take more than one hour.

Do Fire Tail Lights work identically for all Model 3 and Model Y models?

For older versions (2017 to 2020) of Model 3 and Model Y,  both the Fire red brake lights and the orange turn signal lights will illuminate when you hit the brake pedal. For 2021 and later Model 3 and Model Y, only the brake lights will illuminate when the brake pedal is pressed.

Is there a fuse upgrade that needs to be done when installing Fire tail lights?

No.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

The Fire Tail Lights will usually ship within 24 business hours of receipt of order. Delivery time depends on your location relative to South Florida and is typically within three (3) days for the continental U.S.

Do the Fire tail lights ship internationally?

This product does NOT ship internationally. 

Do the Fire tail lights work for all  Model 3 and Model Y?

Fire tail lights are compatible with all model years. Either 3 pins (2018 – 2020) or 4 pins (2021+) tail light plugs are included in the kit to accommodate all versions.

Are the Fire tail lights brighter than the OEM tail lights?

Yes, the Fire tail light are brighter. The upgrade kit comes with bright LED tail lights to replace the OEM Halogen tail lights.
