A:WeatherTech strongly recommends against installation on top of other floor mats for proper fit and function. WeatherTech's laser measuring process begins by measuring the carpet itself, resulting in a FloorLiner that will be best-fitting with the factory floor mats removed. Take out your factory mats before installation.

Q: What is the warranty process like? 
A: Warranty claims for products with manufacturer defects (which are quite uncommon) may be directed to WeatherTech Direct LLC, or to the authorized reseller from which you purchased. To keep your mats looking newer, longer, WeatherTech recommends regular cleaning with their approved cleaning supplies.
