Event: Wisconsin's 2nd Annual Tesla Party

I've been organizing (along with Sandrift Resort) Wisconsin's Second Annual Tesla/EV Wisconsin Dells Get-Together & BBQ on May 30th 2015. 

Events will include: Mauston Supercharger meet-up, Narrow Gauge Steam Locomotive Ride, and a "Show of Force EV Parade" around the Wisconsin Dells and Lake Delton with some scenic rides. Following that, a return to Sandrift Resort for BBQ and more fun including rowboats, paddle-boats, canoes, Sandy Beach, volleyball, jungle gym's for the kids, piers for fishing, and a campfire with smores.

Still in the works, I am also attempting to reserve an Airfield for about 15 minutes, to allow 0-full speed comparison between different Model S Flavors. However, this is still a "pending" due to liability and potential costs involved. Please note: www.SandriftResort.com has rooms available for those wishing to stay overnight (and they are Donating the BBQ and use of grounds for the party) so if you are in a position to stay overnight and patronize this family-owned business, they would be very grateful!

If staying overnight until Sunday, the group will also be doing a Sunday brunch buffet at "Local Point", a locals-style rustic restaurant. At that point, everyone can disburse to return home, patronize other businesses in the Dells, or return to Sandrift to relax and use their many facilities on-site. 

Sandrift also has charging options available including an 80 Amp HPWC, and 120v outlets for non-Tesla EV's (note: if you will be driving a Hybrid of any type, please reserve the outlets for Full Electric EV's, as no J1772's are available within 60 miles for non-Tesla EV's). Roadster owners are welcome! Please let me know in advance. It will be a bit un-orthodox, however, as I will be able to make available NEMA 14-30. I have a adapter to convert it to a 14-50 plug.
