Windshield wiper blades are not included. This kit is designed to clean and treat your windshield before installing new wiper blades (sold separately). It helps prepare the glass surface for optimal performance when using new wipers.

Windshield Cleaner Precautions for Use

Always wear gloves to protect your skin during application.
Apply in a well-ventilated area to ensure safety.
If the Cleaner dries on the windshield, lightly moisten the glass with water before proceeding.

Windshield Treatment Precautions for Use

Ensure the windshield is dry before application.
Apply in a well-ventilated area.
Use the treatment at temperatures above 50°F (10°C).

After removing contaminants from even the tiniest crevices, the KIMBLADE Windshield Treatment fills those spaces, creating a thin yet powerful water-repellent coating. Once you've treated your windshield, not only does the glass become better at resisting contaminant buildup, but it also simplifies the removal process when contaminants do acumulate.

Installation Video

Windshield Preparation: In order to maximize the lifespan and effectiveness of CarbonFit wiper blades, your vehicle's windshield must be treated with the included KIMBLADE windshield cleaner and windshield treatment. The following steps should be carried out before installing your new CarbonFit windshield wiper blades:

Wash your vehicle. Use a microfiber wash mitt to scrub the windshield, ensuring all road debris is removed before proceeding.
Shake or squeeze the included windshield cleaner pouch to ensure the solution is well combined. Remove the sponge from the inside of the cleaner pouch.
Wipe the windshield with the sponge, applying force in a circular motion to absorb the cleaner fully. Apply the cleaner while the windshield is still wet.
Thoroughly rinse the windshield until there are no remnants of the cleaning solution. Dry the windshield completely.
Shake or squeeze the included windshield treatment pouch to ensure the solution is well combined. Remove the nonwoven fabric piece from the treatment pouch.
Apply the treatment to the windshield. Make one pass in horizontal, side-to-side motion. Immediately follow up with a second vertical pass, applying the solution from top to bottom.
After the solution develops into a "rainbow" tint, use the included buffing towel to remove the film. Make sure to wipe in a circular motion.
The cleaning and treatment process has been completed. We recommend allowing the solution to cure for approximately 24 hours before installing your CarbonFit windshield wipers.
